Disable the module when you don't intend to use a resolution different from your desktop resolution. This may change later, but note, if you enable the module with ResetOnFocusLoss and nothing but your desktop resolution, it's up to you to prevent needless self-minimization from happening. This is intended for now, as the resolution is changing, and the game has to register the changes (otherwise you may have to perform double Alt+Enter upon coming back).
When ResetOnFocusLoss is enabled, the game will currently be minimized when switching with Alt+Tab. This will only change the resolution once, on startup, and it will not be restored until the game is closed completely.ģ. To disable automatic resolution changes when you minimize or Alt+Tab, set "ResetOnFocusLoss=0" in the ini file. You can also add ''-nomod'' (without quotes) to the Launch Options in Steam properties: this will disable not only ResChange but also any other. To disable the module, you can set "Enable=0" in the section of the reschange_config.ini file. Switching away from the game will temporarily restore resolution back to desktop.ġ. I launched this game a couple times and it keeps happening.
Its reached like 20 minutes now and still nothing has happened. There is no option to close the window and theres a timer on the top right. Have fun, the game will launch with your resolution. When I first launch the game, it gets stuck on this screen that says Validating Subscriptions.

I dont care about it being widescreen or full HD I couldnt care less. When I change resolution to the highest it gets a little bit bigger bit still its tiny. When I start AOE2 it is just a very small square in the middle of my screen.
